When you list a ticket, our AI scans the screenshot to confirm it shows a valid QR code and event date. Tickets that don't pass verification are automatically rejected and the image is deleted.
When do I get paid as a seller?
Your payout is released after the buyer successfully enters the event. Funds are transferred to your account within 1-3 business days.
What if my ticket is rejected by the AI scan?
Make sure your screenshot clearly shows a QR code and the event date. Screenshots from RA, Fever, Eventbrite, and Dice work best. If you believe your ticket was incorrectly rejected, contact us at hello@cluboapp.org.
How do I get a refund?
If the seller's ticket doesn't work at the door, you're covered. Open a dispute in the app within 2 hours of the event and we'll review it and issue a refund if warranted.
Why do I need a .edu email?
Clubo is exclusively for verified university students. Your .edu Google account is how we confirm you're a student — no personal Gmail or other email addresses are accepted.
How do I opt out of SMS messages?
Reply STOP to any SMS from Clubo to opt out. You can also contact us at hello@cluboapp.org. Note that opting out of SMS will disable login via OTP.
